It can be a great tool for healing the sick and needy people in our existing world. Devotion can be selfless, irrespective of what the situation or circumstance demands. Devotion can be used for bringing about change in society and for understanding another person. Devotion can be practised by speaking politely, by being extremely good with another person, either with raising your emotions to the peak or by doing good and positive karma.
It gives rise to awareness and does give a very subtle and trained mind which is under our control. Having a pure heart always helps the mind as well.
Everyone just doing what is expected to live and let live to the spiritual well being. If we imagine a life filled with love and purity, there would be no problems in the world. Devotion takes humanity to the next level and brings a deep understanding of the inner nature and different dimension of the mind. It becomes extremely important to have such people who can have no ego or self-pride and can be humble and grounded until their last breath. True love does not distinguish between the rich and poor, weak and strong and treats everyone equally. True love means one who is extremely passionate towards someone or many, who can be extremely dedicated to someone and cry tears of compassion on one end and share the deepest joys and laughter on the other, with people. It’s sad and ironic how human beings are busy in the search for success, fame and intelligence and don’t have an element of devotion in life. In today’s fast-paced competitive world if there is anything that humanity has totally missed out on, it’s the evolution of true love and devotion.
